                                               CLUBHOUSE INFORMATION

The HHYC Clubhouse is home to the popular Friday night barbeques.  There are 16 barbeques held from Memorial Day through Mid September.  The barbeques are made possible through the help of community volunteers that work as cooks, servers, cashiers & clean-up.  These is a great place to meet and interact with your neighbors in a social environment.

The Clubhouse is available for community as well as private events.  There is a fee schedule established for hosting a private event.  A rate schedule is located under "Community Amenities Rental Forms" in the link to the right on this web-page.  A Clubhouse Use & Rental Agreement form can be downloaded under the "Community Amenities Rental Forms" link on this website. For more information, contact the HHYC Facilities Manager.

eMail request is preferred method to reserve a date for a private event at the Clubhouse.  Date request should be eMailed to [email protected]. Availabilty may be reviewed under "Calendars" link to the right, for "Yacht Club & Community".  Club Manager may be called at phone number listed above, to notify of eMail request. However, confirmation will be made via eMail, based on date & time of eMail request.

The maintenance and operation of the Clubhouse is overseen by the Commodore and the HHHYC Facilities Manager.  Contact information may be found in the "Contact Information" link to the right on this web-page; or each month in The Eagle newsletter.

Shirts and shoes must be worn.  No wet bathing suits are allowed.  Swimming bathers are asked to use the restrooms located in the basement level of the main building.

It is also home to a resident facilities manager who has a private apartment adjacent to the building.

Please respect the Clubhouse as you would your own home.
