The Clubhouse is available for community and private events. The fee schedule established for hosting a private event is published in the Clubhouse Rental Agreement in the Documents section of this web site. You'll also find the Clubhouse Use Policy on the same page.

Want to reserve the Clubhouse? First, see if it's available on the day and time you want to use it by checking the Clubhouse & Community Calendar. Email is the preferred method to reserve a date for a private event at the Clubhouse. Send requests to Sarah Witlen or Alex Martin. You may also call the number above if you have any questions. Confirmations will be sent by email.

The HHYC Clubhouse is home to the popular Friday night barbeques. There are 16 barbeques held from Memorial Day through mid-September. The barbeques are made possible through the help of community volunteers that work as cooks, servers, cashiers & clean-up. These events are a great way to meet and interact with your neighbors in a social environment.

Shirts and shoes must be worn. No wet bathing suits are allowed. Swimming bathers are asked to use the restrooms located in the basement level of the main building.

The maintenance and operation of the Clubhouse is overseen by the Commodore and the HHYC Facilities Manager. Questions about the Clubhouse may be directed to either.

The Clubhouse is also home to our resident Facilities Manager who has a private apartment adjacent to the building. Please respect the Clubhouse as you would your own home.
